Actively working as a volunteer within the community providing mobile on-site massages, pre & post event stretching, self care and stress reduction tips. We offer healing and meet our clients "where they are" and often "doing what they do".

We have committed years of supporting our many Veterans with the Veterans Administration's "Welcome Home Warriors", "Stand Up" for Female Veterans and "Stand Down" for Male Veteran events. We look forward to offering biweekly and monthy wellness workshops and pause pain clinics.

Pre and Post event stretching at the American Lung Association's; "Climb for Air" annual fundraising event, the St. Louis Science Center's "First Fridays"; themed nights of family fun, 20 years of annual Annual Craft Fairs fundraisers at numerous schools and community centers to work on the students in dealing with test anxiety, reducing mental stress. From the stress of being a "tween" to  growing pains and tension due to participation in after school sports. 

From our "conference/board room" corporate office sessions, military and

police support events, to outdoor "biomechanics & balance" sessions on a horse ranch, Wellness Choice and our team brings wellness directly to you.
